Madison Barnett (Costume Designer)

Madison Barnett (she/her) is a fourth year costume designer graduating from Tisch Drama's Production and Design Studio in May. A South Florida native, Madison developed her passion for design by watching her Grandmother sew costumes for a local ballet conservatory. In addition to costuming As You Like It, some of Madison's other credits include Tisch Drama Stage's The Duck (assistant costume designer), Tisch Drama Stage's The Bacchae (scenic artist), Tisch Drama Stage's Sweat (scenic artist), The Experimental Theater Wing's The Path (wardrobe supervisor), and costume designer on several student productions. Outside of costuming, Madison volunteers at the Staten Island based Nonprofit Organization Eden II, teaching art to preschoolers on the autism spectrum. An autistic artist herself, she aims to introduce others to art as a method of communication and connection. Madison is beyond excited to present this collaboration with The Classical Studio and hopes you enjoy!
